4/16/05, 62°F.
Another day of exploring in the Pines. Today we trekked to Harrisville, just north of New Gretna and walked the ruins of the one time famous paper mill of the 18th and 19th century. The day started at 9am, and met many great people. We later trucked down to Martha Furnace, another prominent Iron town, and shot some great video. Got a chance to hang with some baby squirrels. Visit NJPinebarrens for more information. The show began with King Crimson and the new remasters. We also featured the new Bruford remasters. Utter pieces of beauty. Personal favorites hands down. Tonight marked our highest listenership of the year. We started the show with 165 online listeners. We peaked with Porcupine Tree's new album Deadwing with 169 listeners at 10:30 and held steady and peaked again at 12:45 during our feature of Horacee Arnold with 165 listeners. I was pretty sore on Sunday. But the trek in the Pines, the music selection, all worked out tonight...........I was very happy leaving. You get shows like that once and a while. We welcomed new listeners tonight from Plano, TX; and Tel Aviv Israel. Tonight's program ran 3 Hours and 57 minutes.
