3/12/05, 35°F.
Not as cold, and as they say...spring is on it's way...We aired our interview with Keyboard wizard Patrick Moraz. Patrick was great. He touched on many different aspects of his career and showed great interest in our program. Listenership was strong again and peaked 2x...first time at 10:30 when we had a 145 listeners during our airing of Spanish band Granada and their Valle Del Pas album...then we peaked again at Midnight when we had 145 as well at the closing of the Patrick Moraz interview. We welcomed new listeners tonight from Colchester Britain, Sollentuna, Sweden; Aabenraa Denmark; Martinez, Argentina and stateside here in Little Rock AR; Atlanta GA; and Burlington VT. New carpets in the station's hallway...ahhh I love the new smell of stain free carpeting. Tonight's program was dedicated to quite a few people. First and foremost, to a big fan of our program who suddenly passed away this week, Jerry Keller. Jerry was a regular listener who always had a great requests and was loved in our community. We also dedicated this program to BBC disc jockey Tommy Vance who was a pioneer for airing many lesser known progressive rock bands in the 1970's. Our program was also dedicated to the safe return of Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone Junior who vanished from Philadelphia, PA on February 19th and have not been seen since. Tonight's program ran exactly 4 Hours.
